The apartments do not have swimming pools or reception areas, but there is a cleaning service weekly and linen is changed on a weekly basis. All the apartments have air conditioning (one unit) and all are charmingly furnished in typical local style and have all modern conveniences. Local Apartments are situated in various areas in and around the lovely little resort of Cavtat, but all are located within about 10 minutes walk of the beach and the resort centre.
We offer studios (for up to 2 persons) and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments (for up to 4 and 5 persons, respectively). Studios are bedsitter type with twin beds, equipped kitchenette (2 ring hob, fridge, microwave etc.), satellite TV, bathroom and balcony or terrace. Located on the gorgeous Adriatic Coast, the little resort of Cavtat actually has a long history. Founded by the Greeks in the 6th century BC, its original name was Epidaurus and it is one of the oldest settlements in the region. Now, because of its beauty, it is one of the most famous tourist towns in the area. Croatia holidays often include Cavtat as one of the main destinations as the resort is tailor made for peace and quiet, heady with the redolent scent of pine trees and romantically renowned for magnificent sunsets over the Adriatic.
Well situated just 15 km south of beautiful Dubrovnik and the little neighbouring resort of Lapad, the resort is well known for its lovely sandy beach, good restaurants and wide range of bars and local shops. Cocooned in clusters of pine trees, the sheltered bay is totally in harmony with nature. Lovely wooded walks are a feature of the Dalmatian Coast and the area around Cavtat is no exception.
